School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (SHTM) is established to produce professionals in the field of hospitality, culinary and tourism in line with the future career prospect. The purpose is to deliver suitable knowledge and prepare the students with strong foundation in operation and management techniques in order to contribute their knowledge and skills in relevant areas and to meet the demands of the hospitality industry.
